For me, lyrics are not just words — they are emotions, experiences, and truths woven into rhythm.
Every song I write carries a part of my journey and an invitation for listeners to feel something real.

My Story
I write because life gives me no choice. Every lyric, every blog post, every chapter of Ohdi Chup Boldi Si comes from real moments — felt deeply, lived honestly, shared so others know they are not alone.
From the streets of Shamashpur to the cold winters of Winnipeg, my words carry the weight of two worlds — the Punjab I came from, and the Canada I am building a life in.
Music found me early — singing along to Harbhajan Mann's Chithiye Ni Chithiye, losing myself in Kuldeep Manak's timeless verses, growing up on Gurdas Maan and Babbu Maan. By Grade 10, I'd written my first song — one I still carry with me, and one I'll be releasing officially soon. From there, writing became a constant companion through school, college, and every evening gathering where a few honest lines felt right.
I don't write to impress — I write to express. My words are simple but carry real weight, the kind of honesty that lets someone else see their own story inside mine.
What My Lyrics Are Made Of
The heartbeat of human connection — the sweetness of union, and the ache of distance.
Childhood friendships, youthful dreams, and moments that never leave us.
Resilience, patience, and finding hope even in silence.
My village Shamashpur, Punjabi tradition, and the essence of belonging.
When someone listens to my work, I want them to feel understood when they're hurting, smile and relive memories of the past, and find hope in times of struggle. Music, for me, isn't just sound — it's healing, storytelling, and companionship.
I don't measure this path in awards or recognition. I measure it in consistency — that I kept writing, even in seasons when no one was watching and writing wasn't something life let me choose as a career. Songwriting became my quiet companion through every phase of life, and that flame has only grown stronger.
Looking ahead, my dream is simple: to share my words and music with the world — releasing more original songs, publishing books of poetry and lyrics that live on the page, and collaborating with other artists to create something neither of us could make alone. The journey's been quiet so far. The best chapters are still waiting to be written.
